This fall Lethbridge College will be offering a noncredit Adobe Creative Suite course to teachers.
 
Beginning September 29, 2010 - December 1, 2010, we will be offering a ten-week noncredit course entitled Adobe Creative Suite 1 for intermediates. This course will run every Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in TE3217. The cost of the course is $200 + GST, and the text is $44.99 + GST. The text that is required for this course is called Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium Classroom, and the author is Adobe Creative Team (ISB#: 0321573919). The text can be purchased at the Bookstore.

Adobe Creative Suite I (Course Section ID: B27 114 C01)This course provides intermediate instruction on a variety of Adobe Creative Suite programs. The software will be explored through hands-on projects that will include:
Flash - Animation techniques such as tweens and inverse kinematic and interactive Actionscript 2.0 projects
Illustrator - When and why to use Illustrator and tools and techniques to wow
AfterEffects - Motion graphics effects to use with video or as standalone projects
InDesign - Techniques to increase productivity while engaging brochures that effectively incorporate text, tables, and images
