Over the past 25 years Tony has been involved in Apprenticeship presentations, acted as a consultant visiting employers and apprentices, manager, as well as an advisor on apprenticeship matters to many government and non-government teams and agencies. After forming his own construction company, he apprenticed 15 people in the carpentry trade. He then changed careers and became an apprenticeship consultant. Tony’s main goal in life is to help young people make good career choices. He finds that the apprenticeship system is an excellent venue to inform students and adults on the value of good career decision-making.
